Questions
Do I need special hardware?
No. It runs in the browser on the phones, tablets and computers you already have. Tickets print on any 80 mm thermal printer.
Can several waiters work at the same time?
Yes. Each one uses their own device and sees the same tables.
Does it work for bars and cafés?
Yes. Name a “table” Bar 1 or Counter and use it like any other.
I also run a leisure venue with Uelta. Can I add the restaurant?
Yes. It becomes a separate restaurant space in the same account, and you can share selected dishes with your venue till.
Can I add staff shifts or full invoices?
Yes. Team, shifts and clock-in, and full invoices with your customer’s details, can be added from your panel whenever you need them.
